„Meraki“ (μεράκι) is a Greek term that can be translated as „dedication“ and „passion.“ These are precisely the values that were at the heart of our project: we planned and realised Villa Meraki with great dedication and a love for detail. We, the „Team Meraki,“ spend a lot of time in our dream home ourselves and want to use it in our retirement too. Therefore, we have paid attention to a particularly high quality standard from the very beginning, especially with the building materials. The result is a holiday home that perfectly blends into the picturesque landscape and invites you to relax. Our villa combines generous spatial design with practical layout and tasteful furnishings. From the outset, it was important to us to combine cosiness, functionality, and that unique „holiday feeling“ – so that you feel at home from the very first moment.
Ideal location – everything your heart desires
Our villa is located in Agios Georgios (municipality of Argyrades), a tranquil village on the southern coast of Corfu island, directly by the sea.
In the nearby village centre you will also find more tavernas, bars and restaurants, including the pool bar in the family-friendly „Blue Sea Hotel“. The famous Issos sandy beach, ideal for water sports enthusiasts, is only 2 km away.
Villa Meraki is situated in the idyllic south of Corfu, a region famed for its gentle, wooded hills and charming, dreamy villages. The Korission freshwater lagoon and the picturesque Alonaki bay are also in close proximity – ideal excursion destinations for nature lovers.
The villa
Villa Meraki consists of two building parts: the main house with two bedrooms, a living room, bathroom and kitchen, as well as the apartment with a double bed, a kitchen and a bathroom, and can accommodate up to 6 people.

Just a 2-minute walk away is Jimmy and Julie's friendly bar, „Barbayannis“, where you can enjoy a delightful breakfast or a snack. In the evening, you also have the opportunity to relax in their garden with a wonderful sea view.
A little further on is the restaurant „Malibu“, which offers visitors a beautiful sunset over the sea while dining and drinking.
